Fixed wireless has a reputation problem in enterprise procurement: it reads as the cheap option, the thing you accept when you cannot have fiber. That is right often enough to be a useful prejudice and wrong often enough to be expensive.
It needs line of sight, and line of sight can be lost to a new building. Heavy rain attenuates the higher frequency bands, which in parts of Brazil is a design input rather than a footnote — link budgets exist to handle it, but they have to be done properly. And capacity, while more than adequate for most business sites, is not fiber.

Where the tower is, who else is on it, and what happens if it loses power. And whether the backhaul from that tower is itself redundant — a diverse last mile behind a single backhaul is not diverse.
