Privacy Policy

This policy explains what JCM Carrier collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Controller: GRUPO DE REDE JCM, [email protected].

What we collect

• What you send us. Name, company, e-mail, phone, addresses and any details you type into a quote or contact form. We need these to answer you.
• How the site is used. Pages viewed, time on page, referrer, browser and IP address, through Google Analytics.
• Visiting company identification. For commercial follow-up we look up the visitor IP block against a public lookup service (GeoJS) to identify the organisation that owns that block. We record only the organisation name, the autonomous system number (ASN) and the city — the IP address itself is not stored by us. Visitors on residential or mobile networks are not identified as companies.

Why we process it

To answer quote requests, to deliver and support the services you contract, and to understand which pages help buyers — nothing else. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Who else sees it

Google (Analytics), our form delivery provider, and — when a quote requires it — the carriers we ask for feasibility at your address. Each receives only what that step needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data for as long as the commercial relationship is active and afterwards for the period required by Brazilian tax and contract law. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in Brazil, these rights come from the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018); if you are in the EU, from the GDPR.
